About

Making rigorous assessment accessible. Keeping interpretation researcher-led.

Our mission is to make rigorous research-evaluation methods more accessible—clearly, transparently, and without displacing the researcher’s interpretive responsibility.

01/The problem

Rigorous evaluation takes time and experience.

The practices used to evaluate submissions at leading journals, including journals ranked in the first quartile (Q1), develop through years of peer review, critical reading, methodological training, and disciplinary practice. Making those criteria explicit can help researchers examine methodology, evidence, originality, coherence, sources, and potential bias more systematically.

02/The solution

Make evaluative criteria explicit

Syllogos makes research appraisal more structured, transparent, and easier to examine. Through CRAF 4.0, it assesses a study across ten connected dimensions and presents the evidence, strengths, weaknesses, limitations, quality band, and questions that support a more informed scholarly interpretation.

03/Our stance

Collaboration over replacement

Syllogos does not automate scholarship or replace reviewers. Artificial intelligence organizes, analyzes, and presents evidence; the researcher contributes disciplinary context, interpretation, and critical scrutiny. Five dialogic paradigms keep the assessment open to different epistemic assumptions, methodological choices, and traditions of knowledge.
